Detailed Tour Itenerary
Kathamandu – Chitwan – Pokhara - Kathmandu
DAY 01 : KATHMANDU ARRIVAL
Arrival in Kathmandu. Upon arrival, our representative will meet outside the arrival terminal building and transfer to Hotel.
Rest of the day at leisure.

DAY 02 : KATHMANDU
We pick up our clients early morning at approx. 5.30 AM and transfer to airport for Everest (Mountain) flight by scheduled airplane flight. The Mountain Flight duration is approximately 1 hour. It leaves early in the morning from 6.30 to 7 AM and completes the flight by 8 to 9 AM depending upon weather condition. During the flight, our representative will wait for them at the airport. After the flight is completed, we transfer them to Hotel to take their breakfast. After the breakfast, the clients will start their tours as usual.
Immediately after taking off from Kathmandu airport the gigantic mountains come into sight and while we progress eastward more we cross more peaks such as Shisha Pangma (8013 m), Dorje-Lakpa (6966 m), Phurbi-Ghychu (6637 m), Chhoba-Bhamare (5970 m), Gauri Shankar (7134 m), Melungtse (7171 m), Cho-Oyu (8201 m) etc. And finally when we are ready to turn at Khumbu valley we will come face to face of the legendary Pumori (7161 m), Nuptse (7855 m), Everest (Sagarmatha) (8848 m) etc. Besides these, you will also view Chugimago (6297 m), Pigferago (6620 m), Numbur (6957 m), Karyolung (6511 m), Gyachungkang (7952 m), Amadablam (6812 m) and Makalu (8463 m).
After breakfast, visit Kathmandu Durbar Square and Swoyambhunath Stupa.
Kathmandu Durbar Square: It was founded between 1069 – 1083 AD. The complex of palaces, courtyards and temples were built between 1200 and 1768 A.D. and once used to be the seat of the ancient Malla kings of Kathmandu. The main attractions are Royal Palace, Hanuman Dhoka, Taleju Temple, Kashtamandap Temple, Kumari Temple (Living Goddess) etc.
Swoyambhunath: It is a Buddhist stupa which stands at the top of green hillock west of Kathmandnu. It is believed to be over 2000 years old and was the point where Manjushree discovered the lotus of the ancient valley lake. The main attractions are big Stupa, 365 steps, Pratapur Temple, Anantapur Temple, Manjushree Temple along with numerous small chhortens.

DAY 03 : KATHMANDU
Breakfast at Hotel.
After breakfast, proceed for the tour of Patan Durbar Square.
Patan Durbar Square: The Patan Durbar Square has been acclaimed as one of the finest urban streetscapes in the world. Most of the monuments seen today were built between the 16th – 18th centuries. It is known as the centre of fine arts and for the superb craftsmanship of its artisans. Essentially a Buddhist city, historic inscriptions establish Patan as an important town as it is said to have been founded by Emperor Ashoka in the 3rd century B.C., although no historical proof exists. The main attractions are Royal Palace, Krishna Temple, Taleju Temple, Bhimsen Temple, Golden Temple (Hiranyavarna Mahabihar) etc.
Afternoon, free for personal activities / extra tours.
Evening, transfer to Nepali Restaurant with Cultural Program to offer welcome dinner. At the main entrance of restaurant, the guests will be greeted and welcomed by Tika ceremony. The décor at restaurant is in pure traditional. During the dinner, there will be almost 6 – 8 different ethnic dances performed reflecting the culture, religion and society of Nepal. Besides the cultural dances, several typical Nepalese songs (various languages) are also sung in between the show. This typical Nepalese cultural show lasts for approx. 2 hours.

DAY 04 : KATHMANDU / CHITWAN
Breakfast at Hotel.
After breakfast, drive to Chitwan (approx. 5 hrs).
CHITWAN NATIONAL PARK
The Royal Chitwan National Park is considered one of the richest wildlife areas in Asia and boasts the last and largest remaining areas of tall grassland habitat. Located 180 kilometres from Kathmandu. There are over 50 species of mammals found inside the park. Some of these are the Royal Bengal Tigers, rhinos, gaurs, leopards, bears, wild boars, deer etc. Reptiles such as the rare crocodile known as the Gharial, the marsh Mugger , Python and the very rare fresh water Gigantic Dolphin are also found here. Over 450 species of birds have been counted in Chitwan, which is 38 percent of all those found in the subcontinent.
Upon arrival at Resort, a short briefing on Jungle program will be conducted by guide.
After Lunch at resort, proceed for jungle activities as set by the Resort.

If Kathmandu is the cultural hub of Nepal, Pokhara is its centre of adventure. An enchanting city nestled beneath the snow-crested Annapurna Massif in a tranquil valley, it is the starting point for many of Nepal’s most popular trekking destinations. Pokhara is a place of remarkable natural beauty. The serenity of Phewa Lake and the magnificence of the fishtailed summit of Machhapuchhre (6,977m) rising behind it create an ambience of peace and magic.

DAY 07 : POKHARA
Breakfast at Hotel.
After breakfast, Visit Peace Pagoda and boating on Phewa Lake.
A Peace Pagoda is a Buddhist stupa designed to provide a focus for people of all races and creeds, and to help unite them in their search for world peace. Most (though not all) have been built under the guidance of Nichidatsu Fujii (1885-1985), a Buddhist monk from Japan and founder of the Nipponzan-Myōhōji Buddhist Order. Fuji was greatly inspired by his meeting with Mahatma Gandhi in 1931 and decided to devote his life to promoting non-violence. In 1947, he began constructing Peace Pagodas as shrines to World peace.

DAY 08 : POKHARA
Early morning, excursion to Sarankot (to view the Himalayas close-up). Clearly however, the most stunning of Pokhara’s sights is the world famous views of the Himalayas, especially with the spectacular panorama of the Annapurna range which forms its backdrop. Stretching from east to west, the Annapurna massif includes Annapurna I to IV and Annapurna South. Although the highest among them is Annapurna I (8,091m), it is Machhapuchhre which dominates all others in this neighbourhood.
Return to hotel for breakfast.
In the afternoon, tour of Pokhara city that includes the visits to Mountain museum, Davis Fall, Seti Gorge, Bindhyabasi Temple, Old Bazaar, the Tibetan Refugee Camp etc.

DAY 09 : POKHARA / KATHMANDU
Breakfast at Hotel.
After breakfast, drive to Kathmandu (approx. 7 hrs). Evening, free for personal activities.
