Detailed Tour Itenerary

Delhi – Agra – Suroth - Jaipur – Mandawa – Bikaner – Jaislamer - Hariyali Dhani – Ranakpur - Jodhpur – Delhi

Day 01: Arrive Delhi

Assistance on arrival at Delhi Airport, you will be transfer to hotel for overnight.

Day 02: Delhi

After breakfast visit Red fort from Out Side, Jamia Mosque followed by a walk in Chandni Chowk Market, Raj Ghat (cremation place of Mahatma Gandhi) pass through the city center Connaught Place also visiting Agrasen kee Babli (STEP WELL), India Gate and parliament house. Time to stop for lunch if necessary, post lunch we will visit Qutub Minar, Lotus temple. Overnight stay at the Hotel. (Breakfast)

Day 03: Delhi – Agra (Drive: 4 hours approx.) – Suroth or Abahneri

Early Morning transfer to railway station to board the train to Agra (Shatabdi Exp ETD from Delhi 062 Hrs / ETA in Agra 0745  Hrs) on arrival in Agra visit Taj Mahal and Red Fort.

Later drive to Suroth.

Evening enjoy the village walk to witness the village life.

Later enjoy rustling (between local peoples) followed by folk dance by village artists.

Overnight at Hotel.

Day 04: Suroth  - Jaipur (Drive: 6 hours approx.)

After breakfast we take you to the Bayana fort, The construction of fort is ascribed to Vijayapala in the eleventh century A.D. It served as strategic point during Muslim invasions. The region around Bayana seems to be quite old. A fragmentary inscription dated A.D. 300 referring to a Maharaja Mahasenapati elected by the Yaudheya Republic has been found here. An inscription of A.D. 372 records the erection of the sacrificial post on the completion of a pundarika sacrifice by Vishnuvardhana who may be a feudatory of the Gupta ruler Samudra Gupta.

Later proceed to Jaipur - India's pink city on arrival check-in at hotel, Overnight at the hotel.

Day 05: In Jaipur  

After an early breakfast take a tour of the Amer Fort Complex. Also see the Nahargarh & Jaigarh Forts from outside later visit the Galtaji Temple and Albert Hall.

Evening witness of arati ceremony in birla Temple and later enjoy lightings at Jal Mahal (out-side visit only).

Overnight at the hotel.

Day 06: Jaipur – Mandawa  (4 Hrs drive)

After breakfast we check-out from hotel and drive to Mandawa, Mandawa - a small town situated in the heart of Shekhawati region and is well-known for its Havelies, fort palaces and fresco art.

 

Upon arrival check-in at hotel.

 

Rest of the day visit the Shekhavati villages of Dundlod, Mukundgarh, etc. Mandawa was founded in 1755 by Thakur Nawal Singh and is still the home of his descendants. Mandawa houses a collection of armories, costumes of ancestors, canons from 1820, ancient coins, numismatic collection and many other interesting items preserved in a museum. The whole area of Shekhavati has beautiful frescoes, havelis & mansions and is called the open-air gallery.

Day 07: Mandawa - Bikaner (5 Hrs drive)

After breakfast drive to Bikaner. The city of Bikaner is founded by Rao Bikaji- a descendant of the founder of Jodhpur, Rao Jodha Ji in the year of 1448. The city is famous for architectural forts & temples. Bikaner has a superb fort camel safaris and 30 km's to the south is the extraordinary Karni mata temple where thousands of holy rats are worshipped. Bikaner is one of the most worth visiting cities of Rajasthan, India. The city of Bikaner still preserves its old charm in form of itshistorical monuments, stunning havelis, elegant palaces and terrific temples. These all depict the culture and history of Bikaner.

On arrival check-in at hotel.

 

Afternoon you will enjoy the sightseeing of Bikaner and visit the Junagarh Fort and Temples.

Junagarh Fort, one of the most interesting forts in Rajasthan, it houses the palaces of the royal family and a splendid museum.

 

You may also visit Camel Breeding Farm peppered with sand dunes, impressive forts, palaces, museums and temples. The magic still lingers and the splendor of the palaces and temples built in red and yellow sandstone beckons you. One can find the world's best riding camels in this unique destination forming the Desert Circuit with Delhi and Agra. Annual Camel festival in the month of January is a treat for every traveler and camel lover.

Return to your hotel for overnight stay.

Day 08: Bikaner - Jaisalmer (Drive: 4 hours approx.)  

After breakfast enjoy visit of Karni Mata Temple (also known as Desnok Temple and rat temple) and Camel breeding farm.

 

Deshnok –  Also known as Karni Mata Temple is the only temple in India where hundreds of holy rats form a center of devotion, feeding rats here with sweets is a devotional custom.

 

Later you will drive from Bikaner to Jaisalmer

 

On arrival check-in at hotel for overnight.

Day 09: In Jaisalmer

After breakfast at the hotel, take a day tour of Jaisalmer city and visit Golden fort (Jaisalmer Fort),  Salim Singh ki haveli, Patwon ki haveli, and such other beautiful havelis. In the evening, proceed to view a magnificent sunset in the endless sand dunes of Jaisalmer. Follow it up with a camel ride. In the heart of Thar Desert, the Sam Sand Dunes is an intricately molded wonderland of burnished sandstone.

 

After an excursion on the dunes, return to your hotel and spend the night.

Day 10: Jaisalmer – Hariyalidhani (Drive: 4 hours approx.)

After breakfast drive to Dheerpur village, Hariyali Dhani is a Luxury Camp & Resort located in Village Dheerpur on Jodhpur-Jaisalmer Highway and is like a jewel In the midst of the soft golden sand On arrival check-in at Hariyali Dhani village resort,

In The evening Behold the beautiful sunset behind the golden sands of sand dunes. Proceed to the camp and enjoy a traditional welcome followed by the Rajasthani folk music and dance while you enjoy evening tea and delicious snacks. Have a delicious Rajasthani buffet near the camp fire with your loved ones. This is an amazing experience for everyone. for overnight.

Day 11: Hariyali Dhani -  Ranakpur (Drive: 5 hours approx.) 

After breakfast enjoy a village walk. The scent of mud, the beauty and the peace which is present in the village cannot be witnessed anywhere else. Rural culture and the simplicity of the people will touch your heart so deep that you will not forget for a lifetime. The entire village lives like one family, depending on each other for some work or another.

Day 12: Ranakpur – Jodhpur (Drive: 3 hours approx.) 

After breakfast visit Ranakpur jain temple.

The Ranakpur Marble Temple dedicated to the Jain Tirthankara Adinatha is very much famous


in Ranakpur which is visited by zillions of tourists all through the year. There is a small sun


temple inside the Ranakpur temple complex which is managed by the Udaipur Royal Family Trust. Afternoon proceed to Jodhpur. On arrival check-in at hotel for overnight.

Day 13: Jodhpur  -  Delhi (Overnight train) 

After breakfast you will visit Mehrangarh Fort and Jaswant Thada. Evening free to visit Market. Later in time you will be transfer to railway station to board the train to Delhi.

Day 14: Arrival Delhi

Train (#12462) Mandore Express Departure from Jodhpur 0645 Hrs.

​Arrive New Delhi Central Station. Transfer to your hotel. (Breakfast on direct payment)

Day 15: Delhi Departure

After breakfast you will be transfer to international airport to board the flight for onwards destination.
